We started as a home-based supper club in 2018, celebrating Italian food and culture, and we are proud to have opened our first Italian Delicatessen & Cafe.

We showcase some of the best produce Italy has to offer in our Pantry, alongside a range of authentic Italian dishes inspired by Nonna on our deli counter.

We are an artisan bakery and café, specialising in sourdough and viennoiserie.

Bread is perhaps one of our favourite things to eat, not just as a bakery but as a nation, and for something that is such a tradition, we employ the traditional baking method of long fermentation. What this means is that each loaf takes two days to make from start to finish using no more than three ingredients: flour, water and salt.

Crockers Tring was founded on a shared passion for honest food and a vision to create the ultimate relaxed fine dining experience.

Injecting humour and fun into the dining experience, you can enjoy exquisite food without any of the pomp that is usually associated with fine dining.

Just a five minute drive from Tring High Street is Puddingstone Distillery where we distill, bottle and label our multi-award winning Campfire Gin range and limited edition gins. Our distillery is located on the P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop site, next door to Wilstone Reservoir. Pop in on Fridays and Saturdays for gin tasting and to pick up bottles of gin, gin gift sets, cocktail bitters, vermouths and cocktail equipment. We’ll explain the different gin styles and you can smell some of the botanicals we use. The shop is open plan with our gin stills so you can see where we make our gins.

On Thursdays we host our popular gin distillery evenings – enjoy two cocktails from our menu and neat samples while we tell you about the history of the distillery and our gins. Also look out for our cocktail demos on occasional Saturday afternoons.

In April 1997 Pam and Mick opened the doors to PAMS at 64, High Street, Tring. Did you know that PAMS was the abbreviation for Pam And Micks Snacks?

The concept was to offer great quality, freshly made hot and cold food to takeaway – nothing pre-packed, everything made fresh to order.

Over the years the concept remained the same and with the PAMS reputation and tradition firmly established, Pam and Mick decided it was time to take a back seat. In October 2016, daughters Mandy and Deborah took over running and evolving the business, keeping the concept the same whilst putting their own charm and persona into it.

In 2020 with the UK exiting the initial Covid19 Lockdown, PAMS as a takeaway food business, had the good fortune to be able to reopen its doors in June and continued serving Tring throughout the following further Lockdowns. Deborah alongside husband Andy are continuing with and building on the ‘PAMS concept’ forging a strong Social Media presence through an amazing and loyal community.
